Parts Ordering, Locating and Retrieval

A key aspect of maintaining high customer satisfaction scores is having immediate access to the
most commonly needed parts and accessories.

This is the greatest parts department challenge and we accomplish this four major ways.

  • Huge inventory of computer selected, frequently needed parts in a 30,000 sq. ft. parts warehouse.
  • Overnight Delivery.
  • We have a fleet of parts pickup and delivery vehicles which circulate throughout North County to acquire needed parts.
  • We have daily arrivals of commonly needed parts from local parts warehouses.


Parts Counter Hours:

Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday 7:00am - 4:00pm

Our fully integrated in-house computer system also maintains and refines our entire parts inventory and technical information. One feature of this system is that we offer our customers information and materials that can be printed for them to take, for our "inspired-do-it-yourselfer" who needs a little direction and help. Since we offer so many models of hyundai products over the years, there are virtually millions of parts that could be needed at any time. Our system is linked to the manufacturer and continuously analyzes what parts are frequently needed buy our customers and what trends may be occurring nationally. Additionally, this system also assists in the locating of hard to find parts.
