I purchased a 2024 F150 from Heller Ford, I dealt with salesman Mike Head and he was fantastic to deal with!! The process was super easy, he pulled up numerous trucks that I wanted to look at and test drive and it was very cold outside. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase a vehicle from them and I was a very satisfied customer and I WILL return for future purchases in the future!!

Have always had a really great experience especially with sales person, Tim! He is one of the biggest reason we have continued to come back. He is very patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to find us the right fit for us. The finance department was great and everyone is always so friendly! Service department is always very welcoming and great too! Highly recommend both sales and services here!

We had ordered a truck from another dealer clear back in Nov of "25" the build date kept getting pushed back and very little communication from Ford on why it was taking so long. I recently had written a negative report on Heller Ford. I won't go into those details here ...but I will take a few minutes to share that as a result of the negative experience that occurred, a Manager (Taylor) took the time to remedy the situation and resolve the issue by offering me other options to meet my needs.
