I had been looking for a particular vehicle for a number of months when I found one at Heller Ford. I live out of state and going to the dealership was not an option. I called and was connected with Rich Tom. He spent a lot of time answering what was probably more questions than he was prepared for. He face-timed me, walked around the car and showed me everything that I had asked. He responded to every text (and there were a lot) in very short order, always providing all the information I needed and more. Having never purchased an out of state car before, sight unseen, I was a bit nervous/anxious. I worked with a few others on the financing, warranty, and registration fronts, and each and every person was highly professional and quite pleasant to work with. If your looking for a car, Heller is a great place to shop. If your out of state (or in state), Rich is your guy. If you can get to the dealership, consider yourself lucky, I would have loved to meet them all in person.

Noah was great, I emailed him a couple vehicles we were interested in and he had them pulled from the other lot for us to take a look at. Prices are fair and staff was all super friendly, Heller is the only place I will purchase a vehicle.

Long story short, there was an issue with a vehicle that I purchased. Mike Gannon, the sales manager, went above and beyond to rectify the situation. He listened to my concerns, always answered/returned my calls/texts, and really made me feel that he values his customers. Also Helen, in sales, was awesome! She was very understanding and easy to work with. I highly recommend Heller Ford!!

A big THANKS to Heller Ford in El Paso. On our way to Wisconsin we got a big nail in the tire. Heller did not have our size tire but found one in Normal…. The service department got it and changed our tire for us. It only set our trip back a hour and half. Everyone there was super nice and so helpful. Thank you so much!
