I picked out a vehicle online and contacted a Heller salesman. Put down a retainer by phone and test drove the f150 lightning 2 days later. Drove that puppy home and been enjoying the new experience. Same salesman provided instant help when I ran into a setup hiccup a couple of days later.

The staff was excellent excelent at the dealership. They were very helfull in getting you out in a timely manner. My only complaint is that the only came with 1 FOB. This FOB was also broken! was told that if I get the Ford extended warrantee this could be taken care. Well i did not so i will shell the money out of my pocket to get replaced and programmed

Fast and friendly service I needed a new battery for my Explorer, and the Fast Lane service department was able to install a new battery for me the same day. Everyone at Heller Ford is always very eager to help. I especially love that i can schedule an appointment for them to come get my vehicle and return it when service is done. Great experience on buying a used truck. I sent a message online about a 2020 Colorado they just received in inventory. The dealer contacted me within minutes and had someone in sales call me right away. Helen Gaines let me know the vehicle was in service now, but she sent me multiple great pictures of the truck that night!
