The process was super easy, he pulled up numerous trucks that I wanted to look at and test drive and it was very cold outside. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase a vehicle from them and I was a very satisfied customer and I WILL return for future purchases in the future!!

I felt he was very honest, sent detailed videos and went over everything we needed without us even asking. We put a hold on a vehicle due to the drive was just under 3 hours away. We ended up purchasing the 2017 GMC Yukon XL. It only had 87k miles, we denied the extended warranty coverage. On the drive home, a service suspension system came on. I sent it to Jason and he got with the manager and service department and they drove all the way to us to pick the vehicle up, fix it, then returned it with a full tank of gas (keep in mind thats just under 6 hours of driving) I am absolutely shocked at their whole customer service and I will forever buy vehicles from them if we need another. Good value and smooth transaction. Had a little trouble with, after the deal was consummated, the F&I guy couldn’t give us the interest rate we were promised. Seemed kinda sketchy…….. What was supposed to be a Ford Credit 2.9 rate all of a sudden couldn’t do because of rebates. Almost had to settle for a 5% loan.

Driving through and needed my wheels torqued after a rotation. No appointment. Mike at one of the service desks grabs a torque wrench, follows me to my truck and torque them all, on the spot. No muss, no fuss, no charge. Who does that these days? Well, Mike at Heller Ford did it - this day. Thank you!

While buying a new car was not on my bingo card for 2026 (or even 2027), breaking down close to heller was a blessing in disguise. Monte, kris, and the service team were absolutely phenomenal. I drove up today to have them install the part. They again informed me there was no charge. When I told him about the Service Bulletin and gave him the bulletin number, he said, "Where did you get that? YouTube?" I told him that the bulletin requires a Technician to remove the plug and and scope the cylinder. He said we're not doing that. The vehicle was ran at idle, fluid levels checked, and no codes. So that was as far as they are going. I have NEVER dealt with such poor customer service. It's a shame because the Salesman (Ross Ketcham) is the best in the business. By far the best Sales experience I've ever had.

As I walked out with Noah, he shook my hand and I noticed the tire on the front had a large gash in it. Noah said, don't worry, I am certain I can have the dealership replace that for you. He called me first thing on Monday morning to confirm, and I had a check for full retail and sales taxes on a brand new tire on Thursday evening... Excellent service is super hard to find in the car industry, but this is a NO BS dealer and simply treats you correct. Love our truck and the experience was great and wouldn't hesitate to buy multiple vehicles from them in the future... This was my first purchase from Heller and it will definitely not be my last. I bought a used 2020 F150, and a couple weeks later developed an issue with the balljoints, and my local dealership was not willing to do the repair do to a lift kit that was previously installed on the truck. Mike, from service, spoke with my local dealership and ended up sending a flat bed the next day to bring my truck back to Heller and complete the repair, then delivered the truck back to the other dealership, all at no cost to me. The buying process was such an enjoyable experience, but the after care is really what sets Heller apart. Tyler Wright made our vehicle purchase seamless and hassle free. We went in only planning to test drive and purchase a wrangler, but the day before we went, there was a Durango that I liked for myself. Both vehicles were ready the next afternoon, and we drove off very happy customers. Hassle free and non-pushy salesmen is what we look for when buying cars. This is our second vehicle purchase at Heller, and we plan to purchase with them in the future when these vehicles no longer fit our needs.

Purchased a used car (with delivery) from Heller in Illinois, while residing in Michigan. The purchase could not have gone better.
